What is the cure for emphysema? I already know it would be wise to stop smoking, but how can I stop smoking when its still legal? Are there other medical conditions with the same symptoms? Are there any home remedies that aone could recommend? It would be nice if I could get an answer from a doctor with a phd.

Thank You,

DANESE

What's the best way to clear it up? Little Jonnie would like to know? With the sea salt and water how often should i do that a day?

depending on the severity of the condition, usually twice per day. emphaziema cannot be cleared up. once the tissue of the lungs is damaged, it's permenent.

Sorry to hear about your ailness and hope you find a way to live better and longer with it, but really you should try and quit and at least not let this disease worsen you or your life. You can overcome smoking and I hope you do.

              Good luck.

Smoking was your choice...and stillis....so it is doubtful you will get well....how can you with the offending product still being used?

I do not smoke..or use drugs or drink....I am living minute to minute I have pneumonia, a clot on my lungs, and hip, and in both legs......if any of them move ....my life is ended. I am not sure which of us will be here for long....and it isnt really a thing we can stop....however didnt we all know we cant win.....dont we all know it is what happens to everyone.......If I could stop something and save my life ...I would ........today.
