Uhm. Somebody need to speak with the person that handed that ticket out and there should be some precautionary measures that takes place in given situation. Being a Minister(such a high ranking position)this situation should not be just pushed to the side or put on the back burner, or taken lightly. There should be some disciplinarian action taken.
